Parking, picnic area, and toilets are available at the end of Mount Bouddi Road, near a State Survey Marker - that I haven't found, but is indicated as being SSM44727, @ S33º 30.979' E151º 24.201'.
Walk down the Mount Bouddi Walking Track past the Bouddi Lookout - tho I was in too much of a rush to enjoy any view, as the sun had already set.
Your GPSr mapping may show the coastal track "The Bouddi Coastal Walk" going to within 150m of the trig, but there is no safe way to directly get to the trig from there. Forget bush bashing!. There is a 'cliff' between you and the trig.
Rather, go to a gully about 350 metres north of the trig, (Cave Bay) where you can work your way down to the coastal rock platform.
Care needs to be taken as you then work your way around to where the trig is on another rock platform, where waves could wash across at almost any time.
* CAUTION * ALWAYS keep an eye out for rogue waves, you are NOT near any help!
Interestingly this doesn't show up on my 1st edition Orthophotomap version of the "Broken Bay" topo map - which I bought back in the 1980s.
Not 'even' a spot-height. It only shows x 5 trigs: Topham, Bairne, Warrah, Euro, and Barrenjoey.
