There are two small cannons at a scenic overview near the Place du Palais in Monaco. This is the more western cannon, i.e. the right one viewed from frontside.
I found little to none information about the cannons. They don't look like replicas, and definitely are not working any more. A rather large number of cannonballs is piled up to several different-sized pyramids behind the cannons.
