Rímskokatolická farnost Uhercice u Hustopecí je územní spolecenství rímských katolíku s farním kostelem svatého Jana Krtitele v rámci dekanátu Hustopece brnenské diecéze.
První doložená písemná zpráva o Uhercicích pochází z roku 1220. V té dobe zde již byl farní kostel náležející vilémovskému klášteru benediktinu. Za husitských válek presídlili vilémovští mniši do Uhercic, založili zde proboštství a sídlo opata. Poslední uhercický opat Petr byl donucen evangelíky uprchnout do Rajhradu, kde roku 1541 zemrel.
Administrátorem excurrendo je od 1. cervence 1995 P. Mgr. Petr Havlát z Velkých Nemcic.

The first written report on Uhercice dates from 1220. At that time there was already a parish church belonging to Wilhelm's Benedictine monastery. During the Hussite wars relocated to Uhercice vilémovští monks, founded here provost and the seat of the abbot. Last uhercický Abbot Peter was forced to flee to Rajhradu Evangelicals, where he died in 1541.
