"This small house is in the Greek Revival style typical of so many wood frame dwellings built in 19th Century California.

The house is named for Annie Palmer, its most notorious owner. Miss Palmer taught at the Point Arena Rancheria Methodist school until she abruptly ended her career by murdering her lover." (visit link)
