This station, a Town of Danbury survey mark, is located in downtown Danbury, at the intersection of Main Street and Wooster Street. Set in a concrete post protruding 3-in above ground, it is positioned at the southwest corner of the intersection, at the west side of the southbound lanes of Main Street and the south edge of Wooster Street, in front of a brick building known as the old jail house.
It is between the sidewalk, and the south curb of Wooster Street, and approximately 1-ft east from a street lamp post.
Believed to be set here around 1935, the mark is in remarkably good condition.
