With three extruded aluminium 'slats' each for the back rest, and for the seat, this is a cool seat in winter, and can get quite hot in summertime.
The design of this bench is unique to this coastal walk.
The anodised plaque is pop-riveted to the middle of the three backrest slats.
It reads:
"IN LOVING MEMORY
OF
HUNTLY SELWYN REID"
