This station, a National Geodetic Survey vertical control mark, is located in the Oak Creek Canyon, north of Sedona, AZ. It is set in the side of a sandstone cliff off the northbound side of AZ Rt. 89A, at the north end of a vehicle pulloff. It is across the roadway from a concrete stairway leading down to Oak Creek:

THE NORTH END OF A PAVED PULL OUT AREA, 7.3 METERS (24.0 FT) EAST OF
THE HIGHWAY CENTERLINE, 50.2 METERS (165.0 FT) SOUTH OF A 24 INCH
CORRUGATED METAL PIPE CULVERT.
THE MARK IS 0.6 METERS N FROM A WITNESS POST.
THE MARK IS 0.6 M ABOVE THE HIGHWAY.
The witness post is in plain view, you can drive right up to the disk.
