Newly built apartment building from 1911-1912, designed by Matej Blecha and Emil Králícek. The building is architecturally significant work. On the elements of historic architecture in the lower levels continues Art Nouveau, Modernism and Cubism. The original appearance and design retains the attic and dome. In interiors preserved many original details.
