The clock has non-roman numeral numbers. It is located about 25 feet above the ground, at Frank's Pizza in downtown Aberdeen. It's about 2-3 feet in diameter and below it says, "Bel Parke Plaza" The hands are black and the clock only shows the numbers at 90 degree angles such as 12, 3, 6, and 9.
