The Bank of NSW (aka The Wales) began in Sydney in 1817.
In 1956 a new building for the Bank of New South Wales was erected at this site.
The bank merged with the Commercial Bank of Australia (CBA) in 1982 to form the Westpac Banking Corporation.
Following the closure of the Moss Vale branch of the Westpac this building has been sitting empty.
At one it was a baby goods store followed by the Christian Church 'OneLife'. Following months being empty it received a fresh coat of exterior paint and become 'Wine Mosaic Lounge' in early 2017.
