A plaque in the shelter reads -
Built by the ROUDHAM MILLENNIUM COMMITTEE in the year 2000 AD
and donated to the ROUDHAM and LARLING PARISH COUNCIL
Funded by generous contributions from PARISHONERS and especially from ANTI-WASTE LTD
The land was kindly made available by the JOLLY FAMILY
