The Triangle is a 1946 built building in Streamline Moderne style. While the exterior has been altered over the years the original lines are still clearly seen and it complements this triangle shaped property.

From the Mount Pleasant Historic Context Statement by Donald Luxton & Associates:

When developer Ben Wosk built a new triangle building on the triangular lot formed where Kingsway meets Main Street, Bains Chocolates became the first occupant at the tip of the triangle in 1946.
