The old cemetery (Alter Hammer Friedhof) is a former cemetery in the Hamm district of Hamburg. It was inaugurated in 1693 together with the first church in Hamm and was used until 1894 and belongs nowadays to the Trinity Church.
The middle part of the cemetery consists of a large meadow with only a few individual tombs in the edge area. In the middle of the meadow there has been an iron mortuary, consisting of two crosses and an inscription, of the artist Ulrich Lindow since 2007, which reminds both of the victims of national socialism and of those who perished in 1943 during the destruction of the district in the course of the operation Gomorrah.
