The circular clock face is coloured black and has a bevel running around the edge. The minute marks are coloured gold and are painted directly on to the bevel. The hour marks, also coloured gold, are painted directly onto the clock's face and are traditional Roman numerals. The minute hand is a very simple, basic design. The hour hand is also a basic design but slightly more complicated than the minute hand. Both hands are coloured gold.
