It shows ornamental motif and animal like figures, half lion, half eagle with wings.
Frieze is in a very good condition.

"Das Präsidialpalais ist ein klassizistisches Bauwerk am Bismarckplatz der Oberpfälzischen Hauptstadt Regensburg in Bayern (Bismarckplatz 1).
Das Präsidialpalais ließ der napoleonfreundliche Fürstprimas Karl Theodor von Dalberg 1804/05 von dem Hofarchitekten Emanuel Herigoyen errichten. Es sollte dem französischen Geschäftsträger beim Immerwährenden Reichstag, Theobald Jacques Justin Baron de Bacher, als repräsentative Unterkunft dienen. Nachdem 1810 Regensburg bayerisch und Sitz des Regenkreises geworden war, wohnte hier der Regierungspräsident; deshalb bildete sich die Bezeichnung Präsidialpalais heraus. Später wurde darin das Polizeipräsidium (bis 2009) untergebracht. 2010 wurde es von der Stadt Regensburg gekauft und ab 2011 aufwändig restauriert. Seit der Renovierung befindet sich hier das Haus der Musik. Das Theater Regensburg will hier neben der geplanten Sing- und Musikschule noch ein Kinder- und Jugendtheater einrichten. Auch Gruppen der freien Musikszene und Vereine sollen das Haus der Musik benutzen können."
