The Arizona Stage Company used this building in Queen Creek, Arizona as a watering stop from some time after 1868 until 1916. The building was ten feet square, made of rock and mud, with a four foot tall door and slits for windows. The stage company was using an out of the way route from Florence to Mesa, Arizona. There was a watering trough on three sides of the structure fed from a nearby ranch well.
