[FR] Grand arbre sempervirent dont les fleurs donnent des cônes ovoïdes. On le trouve dans les escarpements rocheux de la Corse, de la Calabre et de la Sardaigne. Dans la mythologie grecque, la nymphe mythie convoitée par Pan lui échappa en se métamorphosant en pin noir.
[EN] Big evergreen tree flowers of which give egg-shaped cones. We find it in the rocky steep slopes of Corsica, of it Calabria and of Sardinia. In the Greek mythology, the nymph Pythie desired by Piece escaped him(her) by metamorphosing into black pine.
