The Waterfall trail is a one mile trail that terminates at a usually dry waterfall and water tank. The water, when it rains, descends from a higher plateau in two falls and fills the natural tank. Along the trail are a number of petroglyph sites. The first .4 miles of the trail are barrier free and allow wheelchair access to the petroglyphs. The trail surface varies from paved to hard packed granite. Interpretive signage is placed along the trail, informing users of the wildlife, geology and petroglyphs to be seen. Parking and restrooms, pavilions and fire pits are found at the beginning of the trail.
