Pioneer Methodist-Episcopal Church built in 1857. It and the neighbouring cemetery are named for Solomon Merrill, a local man who took up with the Church in 1837 and became one of its staunchest members over the years. He donated the land on which it stands.
The Church saw services until 1911. The cemetery is still active.
Merrill Church and Cemetery are accessed from County Road 33 (Merrill Road) north off Hwy 45.
