The National Register's nomination form (see optional link) notes that this building was constructed in 1916 in the Classical Revival style, and for the most part, it is intact, with one non-original window and the non-original garage door not doing too much to affect its status as a contributing building. Its architectural style was common among public buildings of the early decades of the 20th century.
