I believe this is a benchmark of the Papio Natural Resources District. It looks like the edges got embedded in the concrete so you cannot see the edges of the disk; however, the center matches the other disks by the Papio NRD. It's visible on the south sidewalk of the Dodge Ave. Bridge over the Little Papillion Creek, right above the east abutment.
