This was the school that was part of Christ The King Church. The church merged with another parish and the church building is now another church.

The school probably closed before the church left. It has a notice that it is an unsafe building. Part of the building is on stilts because it is in a flood zone.
1962 was a period of expansion in this area. There is currently contraction of population as businesses leave.
