It could very easily be a hut holding equipment for the town of Thamesville, such as lawn mowers, snow blowers and other items that might be used around town. However, this building is in-between an Oddfellows lodge and a house. It could very easily be a garage or storage unit for the house. Either way, it's very visible from the street.
