A circular bronze plaque affixed to a boulder and set at ground level honors the men from Lee, MA who died in service during World War I. A wreath of oak leaves and acorns decorates the circumference of the plaque. Around the edge below the wreath of oak leaves and acorns is the inscription:
TO THE MEN OF LEE WHO GAVE ALL IN THE WAR FOR WORLD WIDE LIBERTY
The lower right quadrant has the insignia of the Daughters of the American Revolution. A cross bisects the names:
