This wood carving is of two pandas looking at a palm tree. It was donated by the London Chinese Community. The names of the two pandas is Jia Jia and Lin Lin.
There's no name of the artist on the plaques for this display. There is possibly initials on it in the form of MW. Also, there's not any information on the internet about this piece.
