On High Street, opposite the entrance to staff parking of Manning Rural Referral Hospital, is the Community of Christ Church, with a brick bell tower (and single bell).

This church was built in 1954, as a Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The long, narrow rectangular brick tower has a single bell (possibly 12") with a cable visible, attached to an arm of the bell axle, to swing the bell and clapper.
The tower is too narrow for accessing from within, so an extension ladder would have to be used to maintain it.
I don't think that the bell has regular usage.
