Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present quarter corner bears N0.6°W from T14S R9E S7 8 17 18 COR, WAYPOINT WMTJWH, 2638' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on galvanized iron pipe; rising 2"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner is E, about 60' from the centerline of FR2061-270. Found two ponderosa pines each with a healed blaze, a yellow BEARING TREE tag and an ATTENTION sign on the backside. There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and ATTENTION signs mounted on a T-post which bears S, 46" distant.


What property is this mark defining?:
Firs Holdings LLC property W of the corner; else Deschutes National Forest
