From the Sisters Ranger Station, travel generally NW on US20 for 9.5 miles. Turn left onto George McAllister Road, FR2060. Continue about 1.6 miles to the corner on the left.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on iron pipe in a collar of stones; flush with the ground
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner is E, roughly 130' from the centerline of FR2060. There are two pines, each with a healed blaze, a yellow BEARING TREE tag and an ATTENTION sign on the backside. There is a PROPERTY BOUNDARY decal on a Carsonite post which bears N, 30" distant. There are also a T-post which bears S, 36" distant and a wood lath which bears S, 21" distant.
What property is this mark defining?:
Black Butte Ranch Association property E of the corner, else Deschutes National Forest;
