These three buildings are considered one by the NRHP due to the fact that they were originally built as one building in 1896. It was originally constructed as a livery barn/carriage barn for the Fortney Hotel. Sanborn maps show the original plan was rectangular but demolition has since created an L-plan building visible today. The old building had eight bays per old photos. Today it's broken into 118, 120, and 124 West Court Street.
118 - Was originally the sample room for the Fortney Hotel. It remained the sample room until at least 1922. By 1933 the upper part of the building was a print shop and the first floor was a vulcanizing business. (visit link)
120 - Was originally the wagon house for the Fortney Hotel. Some time between 1922 and 1933 the building was separated from the original and the store front was redone. It's unknown how much of the original building remained. In later years it housed the Vernon County District Attorney's Office. (visit link)
124 - Was originally the livery stable portion of the original building. It is not known how much of the original building was incorporated into the current one. It is believed than the current façade was constructed some time between 1933 and 1946. (information in optional link below)

Today two of the buildings have been combined to form the Driftless Café and the third building is home to a radio station.
