You can do plates, salads, or sandwiches (including burgers), with the option of ordering food by the pound. Your selections are pork ribs, pulled pork, pork loin, sliced brisket, chicken, sausage, and baked potatoes. There are also menu oddities like catfish, turkey legs, quesadillas, nachos, and tamales, and your sides include green beans, cole slaw, fries, onion rings, baked beans, potato salad, or potato chips. Four types of sauce are available to go or at each table: Mild, spicy, sweet, and smokey. Their sauces are also good on their fries, with ribs and fries being a popular option. You're in Arkansas Razorbacks territory here, where pork is king, so keep that in mind when ordering.
As meat is available by the pound, you can order as much as you like in order to "pig out," but there is a Super Sampler Platter that includes chicken, fish, ribs, pulled pork, sliced beef, sausage, and three sides if you don't want to tackle one of the big family packs. It's $23.45. If you're going on the cheap, $4.45 will get you a burger and a glass of water, unless you go for the garden salad at $2.69. Dessert is a choice of banana pudding or pie, assuming you still have room: They give you a lot of food!
