The plaque is on a rock along a pathway in the park. The plaque is under some trees. It reads:
6th Bomb Group (VH) 313th Bomb Wing (VH) In memory of all those who served, to the combat squadrons and all the support units. To those who were prisoners of war and especially our comrades who gallantly gave their lives to the cause of freedom. They above all had victory by valor.
