This circular pool of water resides in the Northeast corner of Hitching Post Square. It has bubbling water fountains surrounding a sculpture of a school of fish swimming above the water.

Since both the fountain and sculpture are attributed to the same artist, I presume both were constructed together about the same time.

The sculpture can be seen in Google Street View.
