Prominently visible on the south corner of the east abutment of a vehicle bridge connecting the parking lot for First Data to an access drive behind Aksarben village in Omaha, NE. The bridge is immediately north of the Pine St. bridge over Little Papillion Creek. The disk did not have a designation stamped into it.
