Mesa Community College, in 2014, completed the remodelling of a former movie theatre into a concert hall for student performances. The exterior of the building was redesigned to incorporate the notes of Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue. The interior of the space includes 24,550 square feet of concert halls, practice rooms, and classrooms. There are, on the average, 25 events per month. The main theatre will seat 462 patrons.
