This cut-mark is on the diagonal buttress at the south-east corner of the chancel of St.Andrew's Church in the elongated rural village north of Colchester. It faces north-east and is partially hidden from view by a gravestone.

Last verified in 1960 it is 52.334m above the Newlyn datum and 0.500m above ground.
