Built in the Renaissance Revival style of the 1920s the Lincoln Theatre continues to operate today as both a movie and a live performance venue. Today it is run by a non-profit society and is a cultural hub for Skagit County.

One of the remaining ninty-eight Wurlitzer organs in the United States in its orginal installation is housed in this 1926 built vaudeville theatre.

Lincoln Theatre in the 1930s

Designed by Seattle architect William Aiken, the Lincoln Opened in May of 1926 after costing $100,000 to construct. The interior furnishings were $32,500 and the Wurlitzer was $22,500.

In recent years the Lincoln has been operated by the The Lincoln Theatre Center Foundation.
