The small building of local town Hall in Lipnice nad Sázavou is quite old as in chronicle is written mention that between 1740-1780 a classroom of the local school was here. Currently in the building there is besides the local authority office, also public library and seat of local voluntary firemen unit is located in the building. The small squared turret located on top of the roof accomodates town clock with four squared dials. They have white background and black Latin numbers fixed on. The hands of the clock have the same colour as the numbers.
