Spicer's Bakery is located in downtown Aylmer on Highway 3. Founded in 1950 by Dave Spicer, it was operated by Dave until his retirement in 2005 when it was taken over by Steve Nakonecznyj. They have a second store in neighbouring St. Thomas.
