"On January 15, 1968, the first meeting of the Endicott Home Missionary Board, appointed by the Binghamton Church, met at the home of Byron and Verna Stoddard...In 1983, Mrs. Viola Norton purchased the former Christian and Missionary Alliance Church and parsonage situated at the corner of Roosevelt Street and Riverview Drive and deeded it to the Pilgrim Holiness Church of NY, Inc. to be used as the Endicott Pilgrim Holiness Church. Thus, the congregation moved to the beautiful and spacious church on 1701 Riverview Drive."
The church that sold to Pilgrim Holiness moved to Foster Road in Vestal and is already listed under this category, multifarious. At the time "The History of Endicott" by James Fiori was written, 1981, this was still the Riverview Alliance Church. It was dedicated in October 1947. Church members and friends volunteered to help build it, working under a general contractor. One of the features was a sound proof nursery beside the sanctuary. It was originally white stucco, but is now covered with siding.
