From T14S R8E S13 24 [R9E S18] CC COR, WAYMARK WMTFMZ, walk S about 270' to FR1028-260. Turn right and continue generally W about 0.5 mile to the corner on the right.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on iron pipe; flush with the ground

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner is roughly 170' N from the centerline of FR1028-260. Found a 38" ponderosa pine with a scribed blaze and a yellow BEARING TREE tag facing the corner, and an ATTENTION sign and BEARING TREE shield on the backside. Found two Carsonite posts. One with a LAND SURVEY MARKER decal bears SSW, 30" distant. The other [fallen over] with a PROPERTY BOUNDARY decal bears W, 41" distant.


What property is this mark defining?:
Firs Holdings LLC property N of the corner, else Deschutes National Forest; see also Survey CS#00011 filed in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office and USDI-Bureau of Land Management, Field Notes of the Remonumentation of Certain Original Corner Points, Township 14 South, Range 8 East of the Willamette Meridian in the State of Oregon; Survey Completed August 5, 1966
