The present closing corner bears N, about 60' distant from T14S [R8E S24] R9E S18 19 COR, WAYMARK WMTFFK.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on galvanized iron pipe in a collar of stones; rising 5"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
Found a ponderosa pine snag with a scribed blaze, a yellow BEARING TREE tag and a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign on the backside. Also found a white fir with a yellow BEARING TREE tag and an ATTENTION sign on the backside. There are two Carsonite witness posts with PROPERTY BOUNDARY decals. One bears W, 54" distant, and the other, which also has a LAND SURVEY MARKER decal, bears N, 28" distant. There is an amended monument which bears E, 5" distant from the true corner.


What property is this mark defining?:
Firs Holdings LLC property NW and SE of the corner, else Deschutes National Forest; see also Survey CS#00011 filed in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office
