Continue cross-country;
Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present section corner bears S01.1°E from T14S [R8E S13] R9E S18 1/4 COR, WAYPOINT WMTFA8, 2678' distant.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 4"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The corner is roughly 210' N from FR1014-260. Found a white fir with a yellow BEARING TREE tag and BEARING TREE shield facing the corner, and a yellow BEARING TREE tag and ATTENTION sign on the backside. There are two U-posts both with PROPERTY BOUNDARY signs. One bears E, 61" distant, and the other, also with a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign, bears S, 28" distant.


What property is this mark defining?:
Firs Holdings LLC property NW and SE of the corner, else Deschutes National Forest; see also Survey CS#00011 filed in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office and USDI-Bureau of Land Management, Field Notes of the Remonumentation of Certain Original Corner Points, Township 14 South, Range 9 East of the Willamette Meridian in the State of Oregon; Survey Completed August 12, 1966
