Built in 1928 by La Crosse architects Parkinson and Dockendorff, this Neoclassical designed building was designed for C.F. Dahl to house his drugstore on the first floor. The second floor was designed to house professional offices. In 1947 Parkinson and Dockendorff were asked to design and build an addition in the original style at the request of new owner W.D. Dyson. This building had a historic address of 122 South Main Street which was changed to its current modern address of 124 South Main Street which is what it is listed in the NRHP database as. This building was also named a City of Viroqua Landmark.
