This 'paved' viewing platform has been made by the local Richmond Valley Council, for the 2001 Centenary celebrations. Casino Lookout My personal problem has been that both times that I have here to take photos that it has been after HEAVY rain, and flooding, and the walkway that would normally been seen that crosses the Richmond River has been well and truly UNDER the muddy water. Normally a walking path leads (to the east) down, and across the Richmond River, to the other side.
