From the Data Sheet: "Description: DESCRIBED BY OCS 2003 - FOUND 3 3\4" OCS ALUMINUM BENCHMARK DISK STAMPED "3EE-24-91", SET IN THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF A CONCRETE HEADWALL. MONUMENT IS LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF OSO PARKWAY, 0.35 MILES EASTERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF MEANDERING TRAIL AND 75 FT. SOUTHERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF OSO PARKWAY. MONUMENT IS SET 4 FT. BELOW THE SURFACE OF OSO PARKWAY."

I disagree with the description. To me, the corner was the more earterly of the two corners. But, what ever. It was a fun find. Very easy to spot from the road as long as the survey stake with pink tape is there.
