Sitting on the West side of 13th Avenue on South Post Fort McCoy this Smokey is at the entrance to the Fort McCoy/Sparta Airport. This Smokey is hand painted on plywood and is slightly faded. The area where the airport is, is in the Fort McCoy Barrens State Natural Area. Smokey is located on a public part of Fort McCoy. Do not look for Smokey when training vehicles are present.
