It looks like some 1½ inch water pipe, and sundry metal farming implements have been bent, twisted, and welded to form this unique letterbox north of Stanthorpe, Qld.
I'm not real sure if it is supposed to be two birds intertwined, or a conjoined 'twins' with a 'common abdomen'.
The way that the two plates of each bird's head, and the eyes have been placed, make the duo look quite cheeky. And using the disks off of a farrower add to look!
