On the north side of the railroad tracks, between Aspen and Laurel Streets, this is a small wood cribbed, corrugated steel covered elevator with several round steel bins as annexes. There is one large bin to the west and two small and two large bins to the east. The station is the elevator head, or cupola, atop the wooden elevator.

THE STATION IS LOCATED IN THE NORTH PART OF REARDAN, ABOUT 100 FEET
NORTH OF THE MAIN RAILROAD TRACKS.
THE STATION IS A SHEET METAL COVERED GRAIN ELEVATOR, OWNED BY THE
REARDAN GRAIN GROWERS INCORPORATED. THE POINT INTERSECTED WAS THE
CENTER AND TOP OF THE HIGHEST PART OF THE BUILDING WHICH IS ABOUT
95 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND.
