At a city pumping station, the disc is right at the southeast corner of a concrete well cover on the grounds of the pumping station, not 20 feet west of Normandie Street. The rectangular concrete well cover is less than one foot in height and about 20 feet by 15 feet in size.
This is just a couple of blocks west of North Division Street.

(0.1 MILE) WEST ALONG CENTRAL AVENUE, AT THE INTERSECTION OF NORMANDIE STREET, AT THE CITY PUMP HOUSE, SET IN TOP OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE EAST ONE OF TWO CONCRETE FOUNDATIONS AROUND THE WATER TOWER WELLS, 6.7 METERS (22.0 FEET) WEST OF THE WEST CURB OF NORMANDIE STREET, 32.9 METERS (108 FEET) NORTH OF THE NORTH CURB OF CENTRAL AVENUE, 16.6 METERS (54.5 FEET) NORTHWEST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE PUMP HOUSE. THIS FOUNDATION ENCASES A CITY WATER WELL TO THE DEPTH OF 200 FEET.
THE MARK IS ABOVE LEVEL WITH THE AVENUE CENTERLINE.
