This Survey Disc is monumented on the railway overpass over Highway 25, just south of the Highway 25 - Highway 395 junction west of the town of Kettle Falls in Stevens County.

State Highway 22 is now State Highway 25. The Survey Disc is monumented on the top of the southwest abutment of the railway overpass, easy enough to spot once one climbs up the embankment to the west end of the overpass. The bridge is dated 1940 and the disc was monumented in the next year, 1941.

1.0 MILE WEST ALONG U.S. HIGHWAY NO.395 FROM THE GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY STATION AT KETTLE FALLS, AT THE JUNCTION OF U.S. HIGHWAY NO. 395 AND STATE HIGHWAY NO. 22, IN TOP OF THE WEST CONCRETE ABUTMENT AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY OVERPASS OVER STATE HIGHWAY NO.22, 6.7 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH RAIL, AND LEVEL WITH THE TRACKS.
